The overall experience with this amazing team is very pleasant, outstanding and professional as they take their job with pride and dignity. In my opinion, Dr Jerry Chang is very meticulous person and an excellent surgeon.. He discussed the procedures in detail and explained the risks factor thoroughly. The outcome is satisfying and highly recommended.

My Bariatric surgeon recommended that I see Dr.Chang for all my cosmetic needs post Gastric Sleeve Surgery , and I am so glad I did! From the initial phone call to set up a consultation, to post op care after my procedure, the office and staff has far exceeded my expectations. Dr. Chang has been nothing short of AMAZING!!! He took the time to listen to my concerns, explained to me in detail what the procedure would consist of and showed complete professionalism every step of the way. In October of 2024, I had a Fleur De Lis Tummy Tuck done by Dr. Chang and I am extremely satisfied with my results. In fact, I was so satisfied that I recently returned back to his office to complete a Brachioplasty as well as a Mastopexy and am currently recovering wonderfully from both procedures.I will also be seeing him again by the end of this year to address my two final procedures. I would highly recommend Dr.Chang for any procedures that you may need done, I promise you that you will not be let down. Keep in mind that any cosmetic surgery will be something you will have to live with for the rest of your life, so choose your surgeon wisely 😊.

After sitting in the office for an hour to see Dr. Chang the day of my appointment I was called in and informed that he left his equipment in Manhattan and would not be able to perform my procedure. This was after they charged my credit card thousands of dollars. When I spoke to him he had no empathy and acted like it was not a big deal. I also received my preoperative instructions 4 days before my appointment which informed me to stop taking certain medications 14 days before my procedure. The coordinator did not even respond to my emails. The whole situation left a bad taste in my mouth and was completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this office or doctor to my worst enemy.

Will chose Dr. Jerry Chang and New York plastic surgery group over and over if needed. I had under axilla Breast tissue excision done at the office 2 months ago the experience from initial consultation to post op was nothing but amazing. Dr.Chang, his team (Krystal, Maribel, Claudia, his PA and the awesome nurses and anesthesiologist that attended me during the surgery) were all on top of everything which made me comfortable throughout. I highly recommend Dr. Chang and NYPSG
