Dr blanco is the best doctor I've seen in many years. I came to her because my hair was falling out in wads. She listened and took the time to call another dr and asked her to see me asap ;tomorrow she insisted. I haven't had a dr stay on hold with another office for years but she did it; too her it was important so the time I might wait is no problem since I know she is giving each patient what they need. She is worth any wait. All drs should be like Dr. Blanco.

Very Bad. She charged a five minute burning off of a wart as an in-house surgical procedure, twice! I got charged three times what I should have been. Also, their office keeps saying I have an outstanding balance. I've given them proof of paying it twice and I keep getting sent bills. I can't say if she's a good doctor or not, since the only major thing I've had done was when she sent me to another doctor. Be very careful of how much they're billing you for. Ask questions before she does anything.

Made an appointment for Thursday 10:15 AM. Since they open at 10 AM, I figured I'd be the 1st or 2nd appointment. I got to the office shortly after 10 and signed in. There was one other person ahead of me. Then I saw a few other people come sign in after. I waited for over an hour total and saw someone that had come after me, go in first. I heard her inquiring with the front desk person in a harsh tone how long she has to wait etc so I'm assuming she let her in first. But her appointment was at 11 (overheard this during their convo.) When I confronted the front desk person she denied she let in anyone before me. And when I started raising my voice she said they double booked a few appointments and that's what's causing the delays. No apologies from this front desk person, altho I would say that she was not overly rude either. When I finally got called in past 11 AM, the nurse came in to take my info, and then I waited another 20 minutes or so for the doctor and then I could not wait anymore because I had to be somewhere. Who knows how long I would've had to wait if I stayed. They asked for the co-payment up front (who does that?! Payment should be made only after service is performed) but in the interest of saving time I had paid. I asked for a refund of copayment since I didn't even get to see the doctor. I know waiting is part of being at a doctor's office but my appointment was only the 2nd appt of the day so it was unreasonable to have to wait that long. And it would've been ok to wait, except this case it's not ok because they let at least one patient scheduled after me, to go ahead of me. Also, did not like how they make you pay upfront even before seeing a doctor.

Dr Blanco is an amazing doctor and person! She spends as much time as the patient needs answering all concerns. She is very caring and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dermatologist.

Very inconsiderate when it comes to honoring appointment times. Letting us sit here knowing she is running late and not letting us know until we ask how much longer. Doctor and nurses are great!
