Great clinic, very clean. Easy to get appointments, staff at reception very helpful and positive, hardly any waiting time when you have scheduled appointment. Doctors are very experienced and ready to listen and suggest great remedies. Even the Doctor’s assistants are very polite and experienced. I would highly recommend Metro Dermatology to family, friends and people who need a dermatologist.

This is the second time that I went to this office. I’ve been more than happy both times my appointment was at 9:40. I saw the doctor at 9:50. They prescribed a cream that has really helped my psoriasis. I highly recommend to all Robert Klein.

Beyond expectations !! I was lucky to find them after reading through many choices, def my lucky day. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and took care of an issue that another dermatologist could not tackle. All this done so quick I was out in 15 minutes. Place was very clean and appointment time was honored too.

We truly love this Office! We have been going to Dr.Kim for 5 years for my son’s chronic eczema and she has been so patient and caring every step of the way. Truly his skin wouldn’t be as clear and smooth without her determination and compassion. If I could give for then 5 stars to her and the staff I would.

At first I went to Northwell Dermatology, accidentally. I stood at the desk and they acted as I were invisible. After a few minutes, I asked, "do I sign in? One of the receptionists look up and said yes, right here. I signed in and stood for a few more minutes then I asked, "are there papers for me to fill out, being as this is the first time I'm here?" Without looking up at me, she asked for my name and date of birth...to make a long story short, I was in the wrong place. I looked closely at the email on my phone and saw that I was to be at METRO Dermatology. I walked into your office and the difference between the two places was like night and day. Your bright office depicted the friendly personalities of ALL the staff. I breathed a sigh of relief and thanking God that this was the place I was supposed to be. Thanks so much, Lorraine Green
