I have had the distinct pleasure of receiving THE BEST facials in my life from Jeanine and Courtney. Not only do their hands work magic, but they know aging skin. I walk out glowing…and receive so many compliments on my skin. The aesthetics of the spa are so comforting and welcoming) and the chocolate is a treat!

I just turned 30 in March and one of my best friends got me a gift card for a facial here… and let me tell you my life is forever changed in a good way. I see the light, so to speak 🤣! Not only is the entire spa incredibly clean, smells great and presents such a calm environment when you walk in, but the staff is also so lovely and kind. This being my first facial I sort of knew maybe what to expect, but the entire process was explained to me before and during my facial and it was an added bonus that there would be no surprises. I had Taylor as my esthetician and she is not only so talented but my face felt like it was literally sparkling after my wonderful facial! Zero pressure to buy products afterwards BUT I love that they give you a little run down of what they used during your appointment and what steps to follow if you do want to purchase any of their products. TLDR; if you’ve never had a facial this is totally the place to go. Plus who doesn’t love to support women owned small local businesses 💁🏼‍♀️!!

I scheduled a facial with Taylor as a birthday gift to myself, and it was amazing! Not only was she thorough with the treatments I received, she was also very knowledgeable about some issues I was experiencing with my skin and made great recommendations for things I could do at home on my own. I highly recommend visiting Ritual! In fact, it is just about time for me to make my next appointment!

Ritual is THE BEST. Jeanine really cares about her craft and her business. She is thoughtful and really takes tine with her clients to educate. Ive also had many facials with Courtney and she is delightful to chat with and doesn’t even mind if you zen out and fall asleep on her - lol, hello relaxation!

I’ve been going to Jeanine since she was in her Orchard Park building. In all of these years, Jeanine’s care for her clients has not changed one bit! Jeanine is always there to help and try to figure out what she can do to make your skin happy. Just recently I had another really bad flare of perioral dermatitis. Like really bad. Jeanine didn’t think of twice of giving me a sample of this and that to see how my skin would react. Jeanine genuinely cares and just wants to help. She is very knowledgeable and her whole team is great
