Awful experience. I called the office to schedule an appointment for consultation with a doctor and they said the first available appointment after 3pm was on January 12. I wanted an earlier appointment so the registration girl offered me January 6 at 1pm. I said let’s do it, I will arrange to leave early from work then. Unfortunately, on the day of the appointment I received a text message that my appointment is at 3pm now, and got so confused. I called the office but they just said we moved you to 3 pm, I didn’t understand how that was possible and why I was not notified then? And why did I have to arrange my work to be available for 1pm appointment then? I was mad, they offered me to talk to the manager, I agreed but then some girl called me in about 2 hours and said I moved your appointment to 2 pm, can you do it? But when I got there for 2 pm appointment, they were calling people who came after me and I kept waiting for 45 minutes then I asked so when is my appointment gonna happen? Or are you just holding me here until the 3 pm appointment? They asked how much more time I can give them? Then I was shocked. They were not sure how long it will take for a doctor, but they said long. So, I just left. Awful experience, awful receptionist and scheduling people. So, if you want to wait for a doctor for two hours, this is the right choice. But if you are a busy person and you value your time, run away from them.

Dr. Devulapalli Is the best! Cannot recommend him enough. He is very professional, listens to what you want, and then of course incorporates his own expertise. Beyond happy with the results. Thank you!

I love plastic surgery of westchester! All the girls there are such great people and truly care for you when you’re a patient there! The doctors there are awesome! Dr. P is an awesome person and even better doctor. He knows how to keep you calm and knows what is going to be best for you specially! They all cater to your needs and wants and also do what they think will be best for you. I wanted something done and I was directed to 2 options because what I wanted would not have been best for me. I can’t wait to go back! I highly recommend plastic surgery of westchester!

I was working with another surgeon before working with the Plastic Surgery of Westchester office. It took over a year, and I couldn’t even get a consult appointment set. After going through that struggle, I had an amazing experience at this office. The staff were very friendly and organized. Diana M helped me so much with introducing me to Dr Pisarenko. He was very professional and made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process and I’m very happy with his work. Can’t thank them both enough. ☺️

My experience with PSW has been nothing short of phenomenal. My initial consultation was with Dr. Pisarenko, he was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions as well as concerns. It has been several months since my surgery, and I am incredibly happy with my results. I look better and feel better. I truly cannot say or write enough about my experience, I honestly look forward to every follow up visit. Id also like to mention that the staff is very personable and caring, especially Marianne and Paula.
