Horrible and very disorganized office that is nowhere near professional. Scheduled my appointment at a time I didn’t say I wanted and didn’t even call to confirm the appointment which all doctors offices do. THERE IS A $50 FEE THEY CHARGE YOU WITH!!! Ironically when it’s their fault and not the patient’s!!! Find a different doctor!! The place is also very tiny and uncomfortable, felt like I had no room to breathe because it was so cramped! Whoever was sitting at the desk upon my arrival was also rude and did not even offer assistance towards the matter! She did not speak with kindness!

1 star because I cant put 0 stars. The receptionists gossip about you as if you can hear them, the doctor if you can call him that is very rude, unknowlegable and racist . He didnt even look up from his prescription pad to see the illness. This is one of those guys that just wants to prescribe you oral medications- just to prescribe something.

I’ve been going to this office for years, and today because I showed up 20 minutes late for my appointment due to traffic they were charging me a “no show up fee” of $50 and the dermatologist had already left when I showed up. They argued that at least I should have call that I was coming. But I was on the road trying to get to my appointment as safe as possible. Although I understand the situation, unfortunately I won’t recommend this office to anyone because in my opinion, they didn’t handle it appropriately. Unfortunately, they just lost a patient, and fortunately to me, I can be seen some place else.

so rude the staff cursed at me and the doctor made me wait 3 hours and then cancelled the appointment after i complained from getting scarring from a procedure. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!

Adrianna the office manager is VERY disrespectful and RUDE person. I am not sure how she runs the 2 locations. She hangs up on Dr. Silverstein patient's and sends people to collections even though they make payments as well as not having a balance that is past 120 days past due. It's a shame I have to find a new dermatologist due to her disgusting behavior as I liked going there until I had to deal with her. Be aware.
