I can't say enough good things about Dr. Redner and Brandon (PA)! They are both incredibly kind, patient, and truly take the time to listen to concerns without ever making you feel rushed. They also take the time to explain what their plan is and make you a part of your own care team. Scheduling appointments with their online system is also really convenient, I can usually get in within a few days. The office staff is also friendly, efficient, and they make a real effort to create a welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!!
High peaks got me an appointment as a new client within the same week of scheduling. I travel for work and needed my medication which Dr redner made very easy for me. Dr redner was highly professional and knowledgeable. He is obviously in the profession to help people. I am very thankful and i would recommend him to anyone looking for good primary care.
You will not find better doctors in this area than Dr. Redner and Brandon. They are up to date and knowledgeable with today’s medical climate. However, their support staff are extremely difficult to navigate. They don’t answer phone calls, they don’t answer the patient portal in a timely manor, and every time I’ve sent an email I’ve never received anything back. Having to follow up over the course of a week with 3-4 phone calls or responses on the patient portal in order to get anything in return is extremely frustrating. When needing a referral I’ve had two different offices say they never received anything from High peaks medicine, despite the staff saying they sent the referral to them. Same goes for prescriptions, I’ve had three different instances where I go to my pharmacy days after they “sent” the script, and they never received anything.
This is the best primary care provider I've ever had. I've worked with Brandon so far, and he's been incredibly helpful. The office takes a comprehensive approach to general health, and I’ve seen great improvements in my quality of life because of it. I strongly recommend High Peaks Medicine!
Dr. Redner claims to treat the whole patient, respect the patients wishes and to “work together”. This is not the experience I had with Dr. R. His website with lead you to believe that he has a more alternative approach to medicine, but he doesn’t. The one meeting I had with him, for him to meet my infant son, he tried to push the Covid vaccine on me, push vaccines on my son and was incredibly threatening about it. I asked him a very simple question- what was the NNV for the Covid vaccine, which should be a stat he knows well, if he’s pushing a medical treatment. Not only that, but at the time, the Covid vaccine still had no insert, so he couldn’t even tell me the ingredients. He was pushing a drug that he didn’t know the risks of, nor the ingredients. He got embarrassed that he did not know the answer and kicked me and my infant child out of the office. If you are looking for a doctor that actually treats the whole body, believes in the oath of “first do no harm” and isn’t a Big Pharma drug pusher, then keep your distance from thus practice. It’s all smoke and mirrors.
