I’m starting to think it’s easier to get an audience with the Pope than to see Dr. Kelly. As a doctor myself, I can say that Dr. Kelly must do something about the logistics of her staff. I’ve been reading all these bad reviews, and most of them are related to logistics, not to Dr. Kelly herself. Long story short: Dr. Kelly was my dermatologist, and I was very happy with her until my insurance company changed their network. I started seeing another dermatologist. Years later (now), my insurance company added her back to their network, so I decided to return. To set an appointment with Dr. Kelly, you should know there are two steps. First, you call the office and speak with the first assistant, who takes your contact information and sends it to the second assistant. Then, you must wait for the second assistant to call you back. I called five times over two weeks, just waiting for that second assistant to contact me. Two weeks! So today was my appointment, and the staff told me I had to reschedule because they didn’t have my medical records from my previous dermatologist… Never in my life have I been denied a visit while already in the office. Now, I’m sitting at the Starbucks outside, sipping my coffee, and typing this review. At this point, I feel like I need to complete five quests, solve three riddles, and bring back the golden fleece just to get an appointment with Dr. Kelly. This speaks volumes about how healthcare is the least important thing in that office. I’m staying with my other dermatologist. If you’re planning to set an appointment, don’t be surprised if the second assistant needs to consult with a council of elders before calling you back!

You would think healthcare providers would be empathetic to how difficult it can be to find good care in our broken system, but I see I’m not alone in finding your policies to be lacking in both clarity and empathy. Not to mention just making an appointment to begin with was incredibly difficult (I tried calling on numerous occasions to make an appointment and never got through to the office directly, my calls were often returned at times I specifically told the operator I would be working). After all of that my appointment was cancelled five days ahead of time because I had yet to send over medical records but wasn’t given a chance to remedy that without the appointment being automatically cancelled. Very frustrating folks.

Extremely unprofessional office staff … especially doctor’s assistant! I arrived 3:16 for a 3:15 appointment , apologized got lost since office is in the back of a building . I was told the doctor was too busy to see me since I was late . They said I could make an appointment another day I refused I would never go back there again. Obviously, the doctor was overbooked, but the assistant was extremely unprofessional in the way she handled it. Needs customer training !!!

I have been seeing Dr Kelly since last September for my hair loss. I really like her. She is nice and professional. I have no issues getting refills. On my last visit I asked for Retin A. She forget to send it to CVS.When I called back the Dr. was off that Friday. By Saturday my prescription was ready. The wait time is always minimal. The staff is friendly and I have never had an issue.

i wish i could give it zero stars ! the receptionist was very condescending and rude. i was 5 minutes lates trying to find the building because they told me to go through the cvs that the entrance. that it is behind the building…weird. once i got up stairs the one receptionist was so rude she was not trying to help me and not nice at all. another patient even witnessed how rude she was and spoke up for me. i won’t ever be going back. the lack of professionalism is insane!! never going back. don’t waste your time people
