I had a great experience , my skin feels refreshed . I had the diamond glow facial for acne and the cookpeel CO2 laser with the zimmer skin cooling and exozomes for dark skin acne scarring . Sheryl recommended the medical grade skincare fur acne , which I love . I have not had any breakouts and my skin is smooth and glowing . I will be going back for my second and third treatment. I highly recommend Radiant Spa Aesthetics since the have the latest technology suitable for dark skin and they really care about their patients results and comfort .

Radiant Spa Aesthetics is an awesome spa to get your body back on track. My Esthetician, Mrs. Sheryl, is phenomenal and very knowledgeable with the appropriate supplements you can take to boost how you feel. Not only will she give you the supplements right on the spot, she provides you with research to ease any anxiety you may be having. To be honest, my most favorite part of this experience are my facials, electrolysis and more. My skin is glowing because of wonderful treatments given here. Be careful I went to Sheryl for laser hair removal on Wednesday 2/5/2024 on Thursday my face had an outbreak. With panic and worry I contacted Sheryl and she asked me what happened I told her I have no idea. I believe it was the razor she used on my face. She said it’s not but After I saw her I got an outbreak on my face. I sent her pictures and she responded by saying it was a bacterial infection from my phone or pillowcase. I immediately I told her that makes absolutely no sense since I can to her with a clear face. No bumps at all. She argued with me back and forth through text messages and was only concerned about shifting the blame so that she wouldn’t be responsible for me having an outbreak on my face. She gave me black walnut drops with a 45% Alcohol content to apply to my outbreak then ask if I want antibiotics. I told her no because she couldn’t even identify what was wrong so why would I taken a prescription from you. I used what she gave me and I noticed the outbreak kept flaring up so I iced it a lot. I told her that I’m not a person who get outbreaks or acne except for a couple bumps during my menstrual cycle. Which is normal for most women. I didn’t feel comfortable with her reaction and her responses so I suggested to go to a dermatologist to find out what’s wrong and with a condescending attitude she agreed. Then she said based on the information I gave her it be best for me to see a dermatologist since it sounds like I have hormonal acne. ( She was gaslighting me). At this point I realized she was willing to just say anything and I could no longer trust her. I went to a dermatologist the following week. The dermatologist told me she doesn’t see any signs for hormonal acne on my face. She said the outbreak could be an allergic reaction from the creams or gel Sheryl used or the razor. The dermatologist said although she can’t say exactly where it came from there is a correlation between me seeing Sheryl on Wednesday and then having an outbreak on Thursday. She told me the black walnut drops that Sheryl gave was not good for my face because it has very high alcohol content and that would cause more issue. My dermatologist had to prescribe me 2 medications doxycycline and hydrocortisone to get rid of the outbreak. It work immediately. I had no more flare ups and the out break is almost gone. The dermatologist told me I will now have hyperpigmentation where the outbreak is. I am so sad and depressed over the situation. I went to Sheryl to fix an existing problem and received more problems than what I have. Sheryl was completely unapologetic about everything instead she was sarcastic, condescending, and rude. I paid for a laser package of 6 and she agreed to refund me for the other 5 services which I haven’t used yet. This has to be the worst experience I ever had from an Aesthetician by far.

I’m a very picky person and don’t like to spend a lot of money , but I’m speechless, everything is beyond my expectations. I’m getting the skin tightening Forma facial and body contouring for my abs and underarms and I’m seeing amazing results . My jeans for better , I’m getting a lot of compliments in my skin. Sheryl makes me feel very comfortable and she is very funny . We always have a great time .

All of the spa treatments have been amazing from diamond glow to cool peel. My complexion has improved dramatically over the year. My skin has a radiant glow and skin tone is even. I can go without makeup most of the time thanks to Sheryl and the treatments. I continually get compliments on my skin.
