My son is a patient of this practice and we love coming here. There is no wait time when we go, the front desk staff are all lovely and attentive as well! The front desk girls always help us make an appointment time that works for my teenager who’s still in school. My son was treated for severe chronic eczema that wouldn’t go away and with the regiment and treatment he was placed on, he has been cured .. no exaggeration! If you drive, there’s a parking lot right next door for $3 which is super convenient and a plus. Great office with great providers and even better staff!

The office is clean and the staff are very welcoming. The office manager, Ivette is informative and made sure all my questions and needs were attended to. I plan to return for any future procedures. I highly recommend going to the New Rochelle office where I was seen.

I have been coming to this practice for sometime. I have switched over to the area in the New Rochelle location and can I say, I absolutely love everyone there. The staff there are welcoming. The office manager is very friendly, helpful & when needing answers she goes above to figure out a solution. They are great here!

I have been coming here for a while. There are pros and cons to here, but each doctors do help to resolve problems. I like the front desk ladies as well. Everyone is nice except for this one young fair girl who as the review down says clearly hates her job. She is the only unprofessional one in there. But beside her everyone one is nice. I like how they approach me with kindness. especially the front desk spanish old lady who is kikd and treats you like her daughter. She is nice and doesnt forget faces. The other girls are great as well and so do Doctor Fried. To get doctor fried see you early, book the earliest appointment.

I've had nothing but positive experiences with the staff of WestDerm... I must say that from the time I walked through the door, the staff are very welcoming. I rarely post reviews, but these ladies are so phenomenal (Ivette, Chrismati, Shiamara, Ely, and Laura). I made a point to make sure that I got all of their names. Dr. Jennifer is also so pleasant because she wants to hear "You" as the patient and takes the time to do so. I would recommend WestDerm of New Rochelle to anyone. Customer service, patient-centered and caring is exemplary... Thank you ladies!
