Dr. Fugo Plastic Surgery

From start to finish Dr Fugo and his team were great! Dr Fugo gave me all of the necessary information(including how the recovery would be) i needed before my procedures and his staff was always so helpful and prompt with answering my emails when I had questions. I am so happy with my results! I also had several Meyers Cocktails(vitamin infusions) and I loved those too. Dr Fugo's office is clean and welcoming as well. I wish I had gone to see Dr Fugo sooner as he's an amazing surgeon.

First class service so far! I have not had surgery yet. I am scheduled for 9/5/24. However I have been so impressed with Dr, Fugo and his staff so far that I feel compelled to write a review now. Dr Fugo is honest and upfront. He puts you at ease while still being honest about what he can accomplish. I had more questions after my initial consolation and Dr. Fugo was quick to call me back to answer all my questions. His staff is amazing and are always there for questions no matter how many you have. The entire staff puts you at ease. I can't wait to have my procedure done. Not to mention the office is beautiful and meticulously clean. I will update my review after my surgery.

I recently had a Tummy Tuck with Dr. Fugo. I did extensive research before going see Dr. Fugo for a consultation. Dr. Fugo made me feel very comfortable and provided the details of the procedure, recovery time, and cost. Dr, Fugo was honest as what to expect, pain levels, and provided detailed instructions for recovery and said to call him anytime with any questions or concerns. I am pleased to report that everything went well. The results far exceeded my expectation. I feel more energetic and confident. If you are considering this type of procedure, I highly recommend Dr. Fugo. The facilities and his staff are amazing and very friendly!

I had a horrible experience and I will no longer recommend this place to anyone else or ever go back to this place. I booked a “Deep Chemical Peel” as I had this service back in 2019 and the results were amazing! Almost 6 yrs later I went back for the same exact treatment and this time it was the total opposite, I had ZERO results, it’s as if they used Elmer’s glue on my face. I am highly disappointed not only at the lack of results but more specifically at the poor way they handle my concerns and my complaint. I called 4 days after the peel and left a message for Mikaila, 3 days prior to going in person I called and left another message with the front desk woman who was very rude. It turns out she never delivered my massages. Two weeks after the peel I went in person and spoke to Mikaila whom performed the actual peel, due to her lack of experience she had very little to say (I don’t hold this against her, she was the most courteous of them all) she asked Carolina for her opinion in the matter and she basically BLAMED ME for “not drinking enough water” since my last peel in 2019 and then further insulted me by saying that perhaps my skin was too dark and that’s the reason I didn’t have any results. I showed her pictures from my peel from 2019 and she further justified my lack of results on hormones, the environment, and my melanin. So apparently having a medium/dark complexion is the reason the peel that worked wonders previously on my skin, didn’t work this time. It’s as if she ran out of excuses and things to say. They just refused to take accountability rather than admit that they did not use the correct peel or did not use the correct technique and therefore I obtained NO RESULTS. Ultimately, I spoke to Kathy whom was introduced as the office manager she seemed to be somewhat helpful in the 30 minutes conversation we had, I showed her photos from my previous results as well as the transformation photos I have from 2019 and she even agreed that I should have seen some peeling even if minimal this time. After thanking my husband and I several times for “handling this situation in a calm manner” I guess she was expecting some form of disrespect or poor behavior because she assumed we are black, She concluded by saying that she would consult with Dr. Fugo and stated that I was going to receive a call back the following Wednesday 11/13/24 since he was in surgery all day on Tuesday. That follow up never happened. All I asked for was for a refund for the services that she agreed I clearly did not receive. Today marks a month since my appointment and my complexion looks exactly the same as the morning of my “Deep Chemical Peel”. I have no idea what chemical they used on my skin but I am certain it was not the chemical peel that they said I was supposed to be getting. As I previously stated I will never go back nor recommend this place to anyone, they present themselves with a friendly front but in reality they are unethical and clearly racist.

From the first meeting, to preop, to surgery, to post op and finally the final follow up, the experience has been nothing but fantastic! The whole office is clean, professional, and amazing. All questions were answered. I sent Dr Fugo a pic of what I wanted. I got that and some. I am absolutely thrilled and happy with my procedure. Highly recommend this office and Dr Fugo for any procedures. I’ll be back if I decide to do anything more.
