I had an amazing experience at The Med Spa by Futalo Aesthetics! I went in for Botox with Alyssa, and she was absolutely fantastic. She’s incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to understand my concerns about some wrinkle spots on my face. Alyssa provided personalized suggestions tailored to my needs, which I really appreciated. The procedure itself was virtually painless—she’s so gentle, and you can tell she’s truly passionate about her work. I trust her expertise completely, and it’s clear she genuinely values her craft. The spa environment is so relaxing and welcoming, and the entire staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I’m definitely coming back for more procedures and facials. I highly recommend this Med Spa!!

I recently applied to be a model for filler and was chosen! As a model at the Med Spa by Futalo Aesthetics, I received such amazing treatment the minute I walked through the door. The woman at the front desk was so kind and sweet and had such a great energy to her! The space was beautiful, clean, and felt “homey”. I worked with Alyssa, an RN who listened to my concerns and was so thorough with her explanation of what her treatment plan would be for me. She made me feel so confident and beautiful. She treated my lower face with chin and jaw filler for facial balancing and lip filler to make the bottom half of my face proportionate. Every step was explained thoroughly and even though when I left I was so swollen, I received so many compliments at my job. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this Med Spa and looking forward to getting future treatments done here!

This place is AMAZING, aside from being a high end, luxury feeling facility. The staff was top of the line. Alyssa was my Injector, I have never been happier with my results! She is highly skilled and does impeccable work when it comes to achieving the results you want. She listens to you and truly delivers. I’m super happy and can’t wait to go back! I've been going to Dr Fugo & Cassandra's office for 10 years. They are the best at what they do. Beautiful office and amazing staff. They do consultations & go over in detail on options.
