UHS Primary Care - Norwich

I switched to UHS in August, and I am so happy I did. The staff is very attentive, friendly, and caring. Elizabeth Cummings has done more for me in 2 visits than all the years at my previous providers office. I’m so grateful I switched. It’s so worth the hour drive!!

They are friendly, always have a smile. they talk to you as a human not a number. Dr Woods listen to you and what you have to say. He does not dismiss you like other Dr's do.

Excellent service, wonderful provider. Long wait for new patient appointment is only negative.

Only place willing to help me in the time of an actual life threatening emergency! Bassett pushed me away while Dr. Ward welcomed me with open arms and was very understanding and caring about my needs and well being. Even with no openings available she still made time for me and I can never thank her enough ❤️the medical fields need more individuals like herself although they are a rare species today. Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

Lets start with the receptionists. They are super friendly and have a great sense of humor. 5 stars for them. The nurses and my Dr. Elizabeth Cummings... I can't ask for anyone better. UHS Norwich is the best and take the best care of me.
