Professional and polite front desk staff. I work in customer service and am a good judge of great customer service. This team merits a rating of EXCELLENT.

Doctors are fine. Staff however made my dad's appt very inconvenient,esp because it's difficult getting him places. Arrived to appt on time. Realized he left his ID and insurance card at home. Had a screen shot of info but it was refused. Asked if I could run home and get his ID and insurance card and they said yes. When I returned they told me my dad could not be seen now for another hour and a half.Took 3 weeks to get this appt so we waited. I could not take home home in wheel chair to come back in that time span. I dont know how ID cards like car insurance and covid vaccine cards can be viewed on a phone but not a license or insurance card. We wrre vety annoyed

Had a mole frozen, a skin tag removed and a rash advisement - great job from the PA, Sarah and her assistant nurse. Excellent job! Aggressive, confident, professional, spiced with a tiny bit of humor! What's so impressive too, got the appt. somewhat quickly compared to other dermatologist offices which won't schedule you until March!!?? Give these two ladies a merit raise Doctor!

Appointment at 11:15. In examining room by 11:15, updated info . Examined and treated. Checked out scheduled another appointment and was on my way in 20 minutes. Everyone I came into contact with was courteous, upbeat and friendly. Everyone seemed to enjoy working at this Dr. office and it showed ..5 stars

One of the worst dermatology offices I’ve ever gone to. I had purchased peels through this office a few different times. Apparently they expired and I have not been notified in advance of this and I have no paperwork in my presence. So now I’m out of luck and money hungry Accetta gets richer. I’ve had other problems in past with a PA and I’m so very disappointed with this place. Stay away if you know what’s good for you! I’ve had other people complain and quit this practice also!
