I cannot say enough good things about Jamie, she has been doing my Botox/Xeomin injections for TMJ and headaches. She is very knowledgeable, takes her time to answer any questions and always makes me feel comfortable. All of the staff have been wonderful here. Thank you OP Aesthetics!!

Love this place! I go regularly (about once a month) for laser hair removal and have had the best experience from the beginning. They are customer centric and always make sure to provide a great experience. Could not be happier with my experience.

I was always interested in laser hair removal, so when I saw Orchard Park Aesthetics had a holiday special I decided to do it (almost a year ago now), especially since a small business owner in the area raves about the services. Well, I started small with laser hair removal for my upper lip. I didn’t think after 11 visits, I’d STILL be making appointments to eliminate the hair. All I can think is, thank goodness I didn’t start with a larger part of my body - could you imagine?! I had also made my initial appointment with Amanda, an RN who came highly recommended, and saw her a handful of times, but after that, I kept getting moved to 2-3 other girls, without any explanation from anyone. I expressed my concern and frustration for the multiple visits and just kept getting similar responses (let me raise the laser up). I’m just so disappointed! 😔 After paying that price, driving back and forth every 4-6 weeks for 15-30 minutes 10+ times gets frustrating.
