I went to see Dr Montague because a 30 yr old reconstructive surgery was giving me issues. I had gone a year and a half not being able to breathe out of my nose. I am a makeup artist and own my own contact biz that depends on me doing makeup so this became a huge problem. My first surgery 30 years previous was very traumatic, so I was extremely nervous. Dr Montague reassured me repeatedly that he would make this experience much less traumatic and he would give me worst case scenario’s so that I could be fully prepared. He did not disappoint! He was so kind and considerate, and completely honest with what could happen (or not happen). Unfortunately, my first surgeon had butchered Inside of my nose and it was a mess. He did end up having to use rib cartilage to repair my nose and he took his time. My surgery was 8 hrs total which he had prepared us might happen. I am currently 2 1/2 weeks post op. I still have a lot of swelling, which is normal. I am only saying this because I am going to post pics below (the makeup pictures are at 2 weeks post up (orange holographic) and 2 1/2 weeks (zipper butterfly). The picture with the one rainbow brow was at 1 and a half weeks- I could only do one side because my rib hurt steadily and I couldn’t keep my arm up that long at that time!). I just want to say again THANK YOU DR MONTAGUE for making it so I can breathe again. It’s life changing! 💖🤩 You are the real MVP!

Dr. Montague has made my facelift experience enjoyable. He is a straight shooter with a bedside manner that really puts you at ease. I would highly recommend Dr. Montague to anyone considering facial plastic surgery!

In September I had an upper and lower blepharoplasty (eye lid surgery) preformed by Dr. Alex Montague at the Quatela Center for Plastic Surgery. One of my top eyelids had started to drop so it was affecting my vision. The lower eyelids I wanted done to repair the sagging skin. From start to finish the professional manner, care, and results were outstanding. Dr. Montague took time, explained everything clearly, gave recommendations, and proceeded to do an outstanding job. He exceeded my expectations in every way…not only can I see better, I look better. Every person that I came in contact with was professional, caring, friendly and extremely helpful. The post-surgical care is absolutely amazing! I would highly recommend Dr. Montague and the Quatela Center. 5 Stars…definitely!
