William J. Koenig, MD (RETIRED)

I had a very disappointing experience with him for my 360-degree tummy tuck. The price was excessively high, especially considering the results I received. He refused to perform abdominal muscle tightening, despite multiple other doctors confirming that I was a suitable candidate for it. The outcomes were far from what I expected – it seems like only a small amount of subcutaneous fat was removed from one side, leading to an asymmetrical shape. There’s still a significant amount of fat around my sides, and I’m left with a noticeable bulge and excess skin on one side that looks quite unattractive. Additionally, had experience of lack of office attention to patient privacy raised concerns, they emailed my information to out of office by mistake and after that event I have been receiving letters from different third parties saying my health information has been shared! The drainage marks from the procedure were also quite unsightly, especially since my skin typically heals quickly. It felt as if he didn’t thoroughly remove the unwanted fat during liposuction, leaving behind dimples and lumps instead of a smooth contour. Unfortunately ,the consent form I signed seemed to grant them a sort of 'blanket approval,' allowing them not to be held responsible for the successful completion of the job. I feel this undermines the idea of accountability. Overall, I regret him and his office and would not recommend them to anyone seeking quality care and results.

I received a tummy tuck and liposuction from Dr. Koenig. I had 3 babies, an old belly button piercing, my stomach was full of stretch marks, and my stomach muscles were loose. I had never had surgery before this, and I was really nervous, but Dr. Koenig and his staff were very informational and reassuring throughout the entire process, so I felt very comfortable having the procedure done. Dr. Koenig did an amazing job, and to be honest, Dr. Koenig exceeded my expectations. My stomach is going to look flawless in a two-piece bathing suit by summer thanks to Dr. Koenig and his staff at Quatela.

I have had a total of three procedures done since 2017, all completed by Dr. Koenig; stomach, thighs and breast lift. I LITERALLY cannot say enough about the experiences. From the doctor, to the staff, to the facilities; everything is top of the line. Dr. Koenig is warm, friendly and beyond knowledgeable. I felt at ease before and after each procedure. He was honest and upfront about what he would be able to do and the improvements he could help me achieve. I would never trust my cosmetic surgery needs anywhere else. I can tell you with complete honesty, these procedures changed the way I live my life and improved my quality of life in ways I never imagined. My one and only regret is that I did not have these procedures 20 years earlier. If you are considering any type of body contouring, lifts, etc., Dr. Koenig at Quatela should be your first and last call!!!!

I am from Rochester Dr. Koenig and his team performed my breast augmentation and lift about a month ago. I am super pleased with the results. Dr. Koenig did a wonderful job, but I have to talk about the team he worked with the nurses, the anesthesiologist they were just as remarkable. Everyone there had a bed side manner that you do not see often in a team. It was a great experience and I am so happy I did it and I am even happier I chose them.

Dr Koenig deserves more than 5 stars. His bedside manner, professionalism, personality and knowledge are off the charts. His staff is equally as amazing. His assistant Lauren is the sweetest woman I’ve ever met. She is sincere and I’ve never felt so comfortable with someone I just met as I was with her. She is a true asset to the company and we could only be lucky to have more people like her in this world. The entire process was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my results just one day after surgery. I can’t say enough about Dr. Koenig and his staff. True professionals and amazing people!!
