I am writing this review because patient care is important to me! Tracy at Dr.Smith’s office is a true angel. I was struggling with my drains and I had an appointment and she was amazing. Walked me through the entire process, I was balling my eyes out she made me feel comfortable, and less nervous and I felt so much better after and also made the process so much better for me! If you’re in the medical field be like Tracy!!!! Dr.Smith is awesome too highly recommend!!

Always a positive experience with Dr. Fink snd Shannon! I was greeted warmly by reception staff. My procedure was comfortable, discharge & follow up instructions were carefully explained. Felt that I was in excellent hands & will continue to see Dr.Fink for all my hand issues!

Dr. Refermat performed 2 perfect carpal tunnel surgeries on both of my wrists. All pain is gone. I highly recommend his work. I am a veteran and went through the VA.

Spent almost 3 hours at urgent care to get a splinter removed from my finger just to be referred here instead. Doctor was amazing & staff was extremely kind and funny! Would come back! Hopefully under better circumstances!

I had sugery on my right breast on 9/30/2024. The next day,10/1/2024,my incision was bleeding in two spots. I called the office to ask the nurse what should I do. Noone answered so I left a voice message. I called back and a secretary transferred me over again to the nurse number and again I got the Voice mail. So I hung up and called the office back and a secretary name Ruby answered the phone. She was very rude and disrespectful. I was trying to explain to her the purpose of my call she yelled at me on the phone,kept cutting me off not allowing me to explain my concerns. I winded up hanging up and going to the office. When I got there I gave her(Ruby) my name and she said are you who I was talking to? I said yes and told her she was rude to me. She again began arguing back and forth with me. She was very unprofessional. My wife heard everything on the phone and saw in person when went to linden oaks.I asked her can we move forward so I can see a Nurse as I was extremely concerned about the bleeding. That's not how you do customer service. I don't know if she having a bad day but I'm extremely disappointed. I've never encountered such a rude secretary at any doctor office. Usually everyone helpful and friendly..... Update: Spoked with Dr Refermat and after speaking to him about the situation that happened we both agree that maybe their was a miscommunication of some sort. He is a great doctor and I would definitely recommend him....Thank you to Nurse tracy and the other secretary for their politeness and helping me through out my surgery progress...
