Ideal Image Rochester

I love the ladies at Ideal Image. I believe I have met every injector and all are pretty amazing! My first visit, I remember being very nervous. Everyone hyped me up, made me feel confident and also walked me through the entire process. I love how caring, friendly and down to earth everyone is. I love that I can joke with all of the ladies and have fun during my injections. I think they know this already, but they are stuck with me forever now 💜 If you are on the edge about going in for any services they offer... seriously! Take the plunge! You are worth it. You are going to look amazing, and you are going to feel amazing as well! Thank you ladies for taking good care of me every time I come in!!! I am so excited to come back in for my lip filler!

I arrived on time for my scheduled appointment when the very rude secretary informed me that I called a week before and canceled my appointment. I informed her that I did not call and cancel my appointment on the stated date or any date for that matter. I also informed her I drove an hour to get to this appointment, she proceeded to tell me I must have forgotten I canceled it and they could not see me. I could wait in the waiting room and they would squeeze me in when they could but no estimate on how long I would have to wait. She did not apologize once and stated “I have kids I have no patience for this kind of thing”. I then asked to speak to a manager who was unavailable so I asked if she could call me when she had time, it’s been 4 months now she still hasn’t called me. I then called cooperate who assured me they did not have an incoming call from my number on said date. I asked someone from cooperate management to call me I was assured someone would call me, again it’s been 4 months and still nothing. This was the Rochester location. I have been to this location several times before this with no issues but this was very disheartening. Very sloppy business practice, not customer focused. Would not recommend!!

So very impressed with everyone I've dealt with staff-wise. Professional and knowledgeable aren't even words enough to describe how wonderful my experience has been with them. Especially want to commend Jessica as she was so very helpful finding the best modalities to fit my needs and make the whole process as easy as can be!!!

Tiffany was great! We added in some Botox on top of my lip filler appointment and she administered both beautifully! I had lip filler in the past and it was super painful and uncomfortable. With Tiffany I literally didn't feel a thing. Highly recommend!!

My experience at Ideal Image is always wonderful. Jessica at the front desk goes above and beyond to make sure you are all set for your appointment and she’s professional. The services are amazing as always. Liz is the best .
