I had a great experience with Laurie back in July - so great that I went ahead and booked another appointment with her for the next time I was in town, then scheduled my travel around my next appointment with her. Imagine my dismay when I got to my appointment and was met by another injector, and learned that Laurie left the company months ago and nobody reached out to inform me of this. The injector who offered to work with me instead seemed lovely and I'm sure she is very skilled, but when a client requests a specific practitioner by name, a company should honor this or give a heads-up when that person is no longer available. I scheduled flights and my holiday schedule around this appointment. If you are booking at Chapter, I would suggest that you check and double check the details of your appointment to avoid disappointment.

The people are very nice and the place is very clean, smells absolutely amazing and you do feel very welcomed. I had a lip filler done and was definitely not surprised for the pain level - I was pleased with them but the after care and follow up could have been better. Once I left I really had no follow up. With that being said however I would def go back

Always a treat to visit Chapter. I finished the 3rd of 3 Virtue treatments and have seen such a difference in my skin already! Top notch customer service and friendly staff. 10/10 would recommend

I have review this place previously and since then nothing but a revolving door of nurses and scams. None of the nurses stay! Buyer beware. Yesterday after spending $340 in multiple products, I bought Defenage 8-in-1 BioSerum. I went home to research more on the Defenage website only to learn I could have bought the entire anti aging 3 bottle system through the actual manufacture website (same size bottles) for what I paid for just the one bottle. My heart broke and of course Chapter will do nothing despite being a circle member for two years. Previous review but Laurie nor Barbie who would have never stood for the above no longer works there.. I am a member of Chapter and had multiple treatments provided. Laurie. Both are amazing! They make me feel comfortable and listen to all of my concerns. They have both followed up their services with calls and text to check in! I get to finish each appointment with Barbie who makes me laugh. She goes above and beyond to provide amazing customer service and work with my insane schedule. I truly feel like an important customer to the ladies who work there and not just another client. Thank you for making me feel good about myself!

Had a wonderful experience today with Madison Eccles, FNP - from walking in and being greeted by lovely Jessica and then having a consult with Maddie - everything was so clean and bright. We decided on a few places I needed some Botox and can't wait to see the results in a few days! I definitely will be back! Thank you!
