Monroe MedSpa - Rochester

I had services done at the Camillus location. As soon as I walked in I was so impressed! I was greeted by Rachael, given a little gift bag being a first time customer and the office is so modern, beautiful and clean!!!!! Rachael sat with me for a few and we had great conversation! She's so welcoming and so friendly it helped relax me a bit before my procedures! My procedures were done by Emma and I truly can't say enough about her! She took her time explained everything in detail, my options and her work is phenomenal!!!! I truly can't say enough about my AMAZING experience here! Looking forward to going back and continuing to be a long time customer!!!!! Thank you Rachael and Emma you both are fantastic! 😊

Absolutely fantastic experience! Facility is clean, warm, and inviting. Emma was wonderful! She was so thorough and explained everything! She was so patient with me; especially focusing on my absolute comfort during the procedure! I went to one other aesthetic clinic last year and was not happy, so I stopped going after the 2nd treatment. I’m so glad I decided to give Monroe MedSpa a try. I signed up for the 12 month membership because I have no doubt I will remain a customer here for years to come. 😊

edited as of 11/21 — I spoke with client relations about the situation and after our discussion we have realized it was a communication issue. I am grateful they have since made the situation right. I got lip filler on 11/15 and they aren’t very full. After swelling went down, they shrunk down very closely to what they initially looked like. I went back in to discuss options and was told the only thing that could be done was to pay for an additional syringe. I was told it was likely my lips synthesized the product quickly and that’s why they were “subtle.” This is the word the RN used. Why would I pay $700 for lip filler for subtle results? I was very disappointed with how they look and it was really frustrating to spend $700 for lip filler and feeling like I didn’t get the results I was looking for. I previously had lip filler from a different med spa and spent half of the price and had a noticeable difference. When the filler moved to a different place in my lip, they had me come in and fix my upper lip with additional product completely for free. I was hoping for a similar situation here but that’s not what I received at all. I explained that I felt like I didn’t get what I paid for and when I got emotional and started crying from being upset, I was told there was nothing else that could be done. I’m an esthetician, and as a beauty professional, I would never allow a client of mine to leave in tears without finding a way I could help make their experience better. Especially with my name and the business I work for attached to that experience. I don’t know how it is my fault the filler didn’t take the way it should’ve. I shouldn’t have to buy an additional syringe to get the results I’m looking for. It’s a beautiful med spa and I was really hopeful I could give a good review, but it genuinely felt like they didn’t care that I was unhappy with my results and just didn’t want to deal with me again. in photo - left is before the filler and right is after swelling went down.

I came in today to see Diana about hollowness around the left side of my eye, i’ve had filler and botox done before and it’s either done nothing or made it worse, she was very understanding and fixed the problem immediately. Their prices are also very reasonable. I would HIGHLY recommend🤍
