The doctors are great but just alittle perturbed about the new policy that we must show our Insurance cards evertime then they say my phone number, my wife's name for a contact information and her phone number so everyone can hear in a public office so everyone can hear. Where is our privacy. unfortunately we became a customer instead of a patient.

I chose Dr. Serure because she was knowledgeable about a specific skin problem that I was born with. So I made an appointment for my daughter & I. I waited over a month for an appointment which I was fine with. When we arrived at our appointment we were told that the doctor was out of the country. I was furious because it was a 45 min drive from my house, I took my daughter out of school early and wasted gas for no reason. All they could say was sorry. I even got an automated phone call a few days prior asking me to confirm the appointment. Needless to say I won’t go back! I

I took a family member to see her and at first she seemed competent and nice. Then all went down hill. We had to cancel one appt because my family member was sick and then she changed her office days. I was already working around her schedule and I couldn't change my work days.. Then I was told by office staff that she didn't want to see him anymore??

I think very highly of this practice and all of the doctors and practitioners. The staff is friendly and polite and getting an appointment is much easier than some other offices where it’s impossible to even get anyone on the phone. The PA who did my skin check was responsive to all my concerns and addressed all my questions. When I missed the phone call with my pathology results they were able to call me back the same day. Getting them to fax copies of my pathology report to a plastic surgeon went smoothly and there was no delay. I am shocked at some of the other reviews as some of them are just ridiculous.

I have been to this office several times and also with my disabled son. He had a few serious issues and the doctors were on top of it immediately and were able to resolve the issue, we had seen 3 other doctors, none diagnosed his issues. I would have given them 5 stars but the wait sometimes is too long. I even called before my appointment to see if they were running on time and was told pretty close. I left work only to wait an hour and 40 minutes to be seen. My time is also worth something too.;otherwise they are great and would highly recommend them if you can take the wait.
