I've heard good things, and had an appointment I waited months for in July, 2023. I was contacted less than a week before and told they needed to reschedule, as the doctor won't be in the office. The next available appointment was four months later, in November. I just received a voicemail that they need to reschedule my appointment, which is in four days, again, because the doctor won't be in the office. They might be good, but who knows? Seems like a very disorganized office with exceptionally poor scheduling and availability.

I had the distinct pleasure of having an appointment for a regular check up with Dr. Serure on a busy Monday morning in May of 2018. Impressive doesn’t describe adequately how I felt before, during and after my appointment with Dr. Secure and her staff. At the onset, the pleasantry of the staff and their organization was quite welcoming. Meeting Dr. Serure and having her tend to me during my checkup, was completely overwhelming! Not only was she quite thorough and detailed, of course as she should be, but she was quite pleasant which made me feel quite secure and confident in her findings, if any. It’s is so nice to know that there is quality doctors on Long Island and not have to travel far and wide to seek superb help, I have found that in Dr. Serures office at LASERDERM. Again, thank God all was fine, and I have felt completely thankful for her and her office. Respectfully, Linda Mongiardo

A friend recommended this place to me. The woman that schedules cosmetic procedures was so rude to me when I asked her the price of a syringe of filler ($725) and a lip flip ($225) and I paused because $225 is a lot for a lip flip. She says in a nasty tone, why don't you just think about it? I said okay thank you and CLICK hung up on me. Well guess what, I am paying $800 for a syringe somewhere else, just because of how rude this woman was to me.

It's rare to find a practitioner that is both competent and has a good bedside manner and even more importantly, one that you trust. PA Kay Azzara is all these things. She is knowledgeable, genuine and sincere. There is a bad stigma concerning physician assistants and Kay blows this stigma out of the water. We are picky about the doctors we see because our health is so very important to us. I trust Kay!

Amazing staff! I went to LaserDerm Dermatology for laser hair removal. I spoke with Isabella a few times before deciding, and she was awesome. Not pushy, did not try to sell me on anything, just answered my questions. Then I met with Dr. Serure. Same thing. Answered my questions, explained what to expect and did not push me into anything. I have been seeing Donna Marie for the procedures, and she is wonderful. Easy to speak with, very friendly, takes her time, lets an area cool and then comes back to reduce pain. Highly recommend.
