After going to Matt Rossano for four years And recommending numerous amounts of people to him, last week I was supposed to have an appointment that his office made a mistake and didn’t make .They made it for April. I traveled from New Jersey to come to that appointment with my girlfriend that we always have the appointment together they had her appointment and not mine. I always found the girls in his office when you walked in the reception area to be very nice. This Wednesday there was a different woman I never dealt with. She had dark hair. She was very nasty and we had a confrontation. Matt took her side and said they keep notes on their patients that I hung up on their receptionist. I want everyone to know we as the patients that put money in their pockets -and they keep notes on us. They should keep notes on the nasty receptionist that works in his office. He could call it whatever he wants I will not tolerate nasty and I will not be returning and neither will any of the people I recommended.

Wait time was normal, staff is always professional and kind, and the PA Matt is so knowledgeable! My appointments are always great- I leave with clear understanding of my next steps to help my skin! Always a great experience.

From the front desk to the intake person to the doctor- all seamless.. very professional& friendly office. Albina was great. She listened to our concerns & made a clear plan for us to follow.

The woman at check-in desk just right of the entrance door is so friendly. Brittany, who I see, is always thorough, efficient, & friendly. She has me in and out quickly. The other staff that I briefly interact with are friendly. Wait time is generally not too bad. Waiting room and exam rooms are clean & bright. There is a small parking lot which is nice.
