Proper patient is not executed. I did not see anyone washing hands or sanitizing. Also, Not only did they call me by the wrong name but my child also. This is alarming that they hire people that do not read names. They make you fill out paper work with your name over and over but then they can’t call you by the right name. This can be dangerous in healthcare not addressing the patient by their correct name. Errors can be made. The provider was good. The Rest of the staff was way below average and I am surprised they are employed for a job with such great responsibility.

Amazing and fast. Waited in the waiting room less than 5mins. Waited in the exam room less than 5min. Dr. kolavik was amazing to my 6month old patient and heard all of my concerns.

The dermatologist and staff were very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. The wait was not long at all. And all of my concerns were addressed!!

I'd like to thank dr Shapiro. 4 his excellent skills. Today in removing cancer tissue from my face., ensuring I would feel Little to no pain.! His staff. By his side,aiding his procedure made me feel confident and comfortable.,dr is very down-to-earth easy to talk to, and all done in a timely fashion., i had a good positive experience., and thank you at the front desk for your miles of smiles. And dedication.🫡👍

I felt very rushed. The PA didn't take time to even look at my skin, She asked what i was there for, gave a prescription and sent me on my way. She spent 10 minutes with me., Also the price of there fillers are 300.00 over the average price. I will be looking for a new derm.
