I had one of my the best facial experiences at Elegance Spa. The place is beautiful and very clean. Elena made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. She provided clear explanations of each step and what products she was using on my face. My skin was glowing afterward and the extractions were just what I needed. Elena would also help me how to take care of my skin and what products to use. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service at Elegance Spa. Will definitely be coming back:)

The spa salon was clean, clam and elegant. Thanks for masseuse Lilia, massage was heavenly. Elena is very professional. She gave me a lot of information and explained how to keep my skin glowing. Excellent service. I will definitely came back for more services.

Update 2024: Alexandra is no longer there and we have been going to Elena. I can't say enough amazing things about her. Everything below is even more true for Elena. Her touch is just the best! My skin is glowing and gorgeous and her message after the facial is incredibleeeeeee!!! We will never go to anyone else! I bought Christmas gift certificates here already :) Alexandra is AMAZING!!! I started going to Alexandra in Nov. 2022. From the very beginning, I’ve loved this place and her. The place is cozy, extremely clean, and relaxing from when you walk in. Alexandra is so attentive to what my skin needs, is extremely knowledgeable, and truly cares about her clients and her work. I went here to reduce my pores and blackheads and to help with my dry /sensitive skin. After seeing results from my first facial, I knew I wanted to keep going to her, but she informed me that for the best results I needed to take care of my skin at home as well. I asked her for a skin routine at home and products she would recommend. Without being pushy, she recommended a simple routine and certain products to add to it that have changed my skin completely for the better. Since going, I’ve tried the deep cleaning, 2 geneo, dermaplanning, hydro, and the microchanneling facial. With my sensitive skin Alex always makes sure I’m comfortable and don’t have any irritation throughout the facial and then as always checks in on me over the next few days. She is the BEST! All of the facials were equally amazing and targeted different issues. I not only learned a lot from going, but I also truly feel so good in my skin. I can’t thank Alexandra enough! I get compliments from my family and friends all the time which makes me so happy and this worth every penny. There is nothing better than finding an esthetician you can truly trust. HIGHLY recommend her for all ages. I sent my mom, dad, and sister to her as well with different skin types and they are all extremely happy with their results as well!

The owner of the place, Elena, is a European esthetician. Her facials are very different from what I had before and even unique. The skincare products she uses are all from Europe, and they smell and feel amazing on the skin. She is very knowledgeable and passionate about her work. She is also very experienced—I think she has worked in the industry for around 20 years.
