Skincare, SPA and Wellness at Tuckahoe

My results at this spa have been absolutely amazing. I personally love getting facials and have been to numerous places all over Westchester. However, till this experience I have never achieved my desired results. Wellness and Skincare in Tuckahoe gave me a consultation with a full skin analysis. Their esthetician came up with a structured plan to achieve the best results for my skin type. I can honestly say after over a year of being their client my skin has never looked better!!! I have strangers stop me all the time and tell me I have this natural glow and the best part is I don’t even have any makeup on!

Amazing Spa! Very clean. Office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I love that there's a board-certified doctor on the premises. The facials are to die for! I ALWAYS walk out feeling better about myself. I'm there almost every week with my husband. My husband LOVES his weekly facials!

I had an appointment for a microdermabrasion and facial. My appointment was supposed to be 50 minutes to an hour. I was done in 25 minutes. It seemed quick but when you're there you lose track of time. I did not blame them this decision and tipped her appropriately. I do believe it's a responsibility of the person at the desk to let the initiation know what she is supposed to be doing. When I left she must have realized that was too fast and just stared at me quietly, which prompted me to look at my watch and realize from walking into the room and changing and coming out and tipping it was barely 30 minutes. They should have said something when they realized they made an error. I left and will not be going back. They lost a good customer.

I purchase two acne facials for my teenage son. The technician was professional and made my son feel completely at ease. She gave him tips on how to keep his skin healthy. I would recommend to anyone with a child suffering with skin issues.

Highly unorganized scheduling at this place. Worst experience with a skincare facility. First I scheduled an appointment for 11am, which they confirmed. Then they rescheduled me for 10am without even confirming with me. When I said I couldn't make it they then said they would put me down for 12pm which I agreed to. Then all of a sudden my original appointment for 11am became available. I rather lose a groupon of $35 then have to deal with this nonsense. I should've read the other review prior to purchase. To be fair: This is in no way a review of the estheticians
