I had my first experience at Q the Medical Spa when I had a Botox treatment with Andrea. My experience was wonderful from start to finish! Andrea made me feel extremely comfortable and made sure to explain the process, what to expect, and aftercare thoroughly. I was a little nervous going in, but her calm demeanor and thoroughness immediately put me at ease. And my results far exceeded my expectations!! I will definitely be back! I would absolutely recommend Q the Medical Spa and Andrea to my family and friends.

The Q med spa is my favorite place! It’s clean, luxurious, and always professional. All of the staff members truly listen and genuinely take time to recommend services, whether it’s to address physical/beauty concerns, or your skins overall health- even if it is a lesser priced treatment then what you came in for! That speaks volumes to me as it’s not just about pushing expensive treatments and taking money, it’s more than transactional at the Q! I’ve had injections by Priscilla who is always so kind, and takes her time explaining what is best to get the results you are looking for. She’s not afraid to be honest if what you’re asking for won’t be the best option; versus just doing it anyways and risking an unfavorable outcome longevity wise! I’ve also had a hydro facial and corrective peel by Rachael, who was so nice and informative about my acne concerns! She worked with me to give me a catered treatment plan that would help be achieve healthier, happier skin! I will never throw away money for the “old classic spa step- by- step traditional routine for everyone” facial again! The treatments, facials and peels given here are catered to your skin individually and are equally as pampering! Also, the before and after pictures you take in the beginning of each visit are so detailed and cool to see! The high tech skin analysis imaging machine is mind blowing and included with service/consult! I will never go anywhere else after coming here! Thank you Q!
