Horrible Experience – Stay Away! I had a terrible experience at Milly Beauty in Hempstead. During my visit, I ended up with a chemical burn on my ankle. When I brought it to their attention, the owner completely dismissed my concern, claiming I must have been “allergic” to the product. That explanation makes no sense—if it was an allergy, I would have had a reaction on both ankles, not just one. To make matters worse, when my boyfriend called to address the issue, they rudely hung up on him and refused to issue a refund. Their lack of accountability and poor customer service is shocking. If you value your safety and want to be treated with respect, avoid this place at all costs! The hygiene at Milly’s Spa in Hempstead is absolutely unacceptable. During my visit, the girl who did my gel refill used the same nail brush meant for cleaning my nails to brush dust off her clothes. That is completely unsanitary and unprofessional. It’s clear that hygiene is not a priority here, which is extremely concerning for a place offering beauty and wellness services. I wouldn’t recommend this spa to anyone who values cleanliness or professionalism. my previous review about a chemical burn I got from their body lotion was deleted! It seems like they’re trying to hide the truth and silence customers who have had bad experiences. This place is unprofessional, unsanitary, and dishonest.

Amazing experience!! Everyone was friendly and kind! My stylist listened and delivered exactly what I wanted! The salon has so many amenities like nails and massages as well as facials and the decor is giving luxury!! I also got a complementary mimosa which was so yummy. My sister was with me and wasn’t getting a service and they still offered her a drink! Great experience and will definitely be back! They also offer discounts currently for teachers and healthcare workers! Idk how long the deal will last but it’s available now.

I had a fantastic experience at Millys Beauty Spa! The salon is gorgeous, clean, and welcoming. The staff is talented and attentive, ensuring I left with exactly what I wanted. From the high-quality products to the relaxing atmosphere, everything felt luxurious. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to return!

My friend told me she had a great experience at this salon. I saw her hair it was so soft and smooth. I was very impressed on how they did the hair of my friend. I went to this salon to do the same treatment. The keratin. I am so happy and satisfied on how they did my hair. Andrea, Milly and the other lady did an awesome job. Ty Milly's beauty Spa!
