Hilda Demirjian Laser

I have been a loyal customer of this place for a long time, always giving it another chance—until now. My recent experience was beyond disappointing. Hilda applied the laser treatment for only two minutes, overcharged me, and worst of all, burned half of my eyebrows with the laser. As many know, eyebrows are difficult to grow back, and this kind of careless treatment is unacceptable. When I pointed it out to her, she did not even apologize or take responsibility for the damage. This level of service and disregard for customers’ well-being is shocking. I can no longer recommend this place, and I urge others to be cautious before booking an appointment here.

I’m sorry to say I can’t recommend this place. I payed 7k for a laser treatment that was supposed to get rid of my cystic acne and scars. I was told my skin would look like the back of my arm, poreless and acne free. I ended up going to a dermatologist and get treatment because my acne got way worse. Dr put me on very strong antibiotics and said I shouldn’t have stopped my acne medications as Hilda instructed me to. I continued getting the laser even though I had new scars. I wanted to make it worth all the money I payed. I went on birth control and that stopped the cysts finally. Years later and my skin is full of scars. Laser did not give me skin like the back of my arms. I want to cry everytime a think of that experience because I feel I was taken advantage of. Anyone could see how much I was suffering because of my skin problem including Hilda. She made me sign a document stating that there were no refunds and I signed it out of desperation. Worse experience of my life.

I have been getting my Botox here for several years and I have always been happy with the quick service and the prices! I’ve also recommended many friends.
