In my opinion, Daryl is extremely unprofessional and presented herself as unreliable and disorganized. I had called to make an appointment, and she said she would get back to me and call. She never did and I had to follow up. We agreed on an appointment day/time, and she said she would send me a confirmation. She never sent one (what a red flag), but I took her word. When I showed up to the store, it was closed, and no one was in. I had called her, and she expressed no memory of this appointment and then said there was an error. I will never return as she doesn't follow through with what she says and how this was handled from the beginning!!! Going forward, if you can't accommodate a client with the time they prefer, then it's important to not book it in the first place.

I love to go to Cosmedoctor ,for me personally, it’s the only place that I can trust to treat my face . Daryl is very kind and honest she always make sure I have the right treatment and I am so happy with the results . The whole team are very profesional and listen to me if I have some questions they make their time to explain it to me this time I did my cheeks and jaw lines I like it very natural it’s looking beautiful I am so happy with the results . I 100% recommend this place . 🙂❤️

I came into the office as moral support for my friend but I was blown away with how warm and inviting the facility is. I loved her results and decided to have a consultation. They are very knowledgeable and professional. I cant wait to have under eye filler. I made my appointment for next week! Update. They pay you to write reviews. In reality they are extremely pushy and did a very bad job on my moms face and blamed it on her.

5 minutes ago I was more than happy with my results. It was instant gratification. There was no downtime when i had filler injected into the lines on my face and the filler in my cheeks. The results were incredibly natural and I couldn't say enough about the staff. They were so helpful. I just feel refreshed and I love the beautiful new office. My next treatment is Botox and I cant wait! I've been a loyal client for over 20 years and I love the new location and the new services.

I had an incredible experience at Cosmedoctor for lip filler and Botox. I came in for a free consultation with Daryl, the executive director. She was informative, sweet, and thoughtful, tailoring her information to my specific concerns and outcome goals. She provided in-depth client care information and medical information that was easy to understand. Upon arriving to my appointment two weeks later, I met with Daryl again to review what I was looking to have done. Stephanie, nurse practitioner, was the injector I saw. Stephanie is thorough, precise and helpful in address concerns. While she was doing my lip filler she was comforting and very friendly!! A day or two after I had my lips done, I noticed a minor lump in my lip from the filler (a very common occurrence with lip filler). I called the office even though they were closed and Daryl answered almost immediately sharing her phone number with me so that I can send photos. She answered all of my texts immediately and connected me with Stephanie who did my injections. Stephanie gave me step by step instructions for resolving this minor occurrence and even sent a video to help me understand. Cosmedoctor truly cares about patient outcomes and answering all questions. I can’t wait to go back for my follow up appointment. I can’t say enough good about Stephanie and Daryl.
