ZERO STARS Nothing has been submitted to NYS Workers Compensation for treatment plan. Have been trying for several months to obtain records from April 2024. We have repeatedly requested the records in writing and by leaving multiple messages with no response to any of them. I guess the doctor would prefer to be subpoenaed and have a judge compel her to turn over the records, rather than providing us with our own medical records.
