Louise was my technician and made sure to always check in and see how I was doing while she worked efficiently to make the process quick and painless. I have been a customer at the Laser Away Woodbury Location for over 3 years. The front desk staff are always welcoming. Most of them know customers by name. They always offer something to drink, and ask about how your day is going or how you’re feeling. Sometimes they will tell you about promotions but not in a manner to make you uncomfortable. If you are interested something, they try to get you the best deal. The nurses are also fabulous. They always provide the very best service and their bedside manners impeccable. This location is clean and comfortable with great parking.

She is an outstanding esthetician who truly stands out for her professionalism and expertise. I had an incredible experience at LaserAway! I recently got CoolSculpting done, my first session was in July and I did my second round this week. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, making me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The nurse, Aileen, was super sweet, she took the time to explain the entire process and answered all my questions. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable - a bit chilly but totally manageable as the area becomes numb within 5min. The space was clean, modern, and relaxing, which added to the overall positive vibe. After the first session I saw noticeable results within 2-3 months and I can’t wait to see the full results in the coming months, right in time for summer! I highly recommend LaserAway to anyone looking for effective, non-invasive body treatments. They truly know how to take care of their clients!
