Very nice office and great staff. Sweeten Creek office. They are friendly and professional. Various services, I’m going for tattoo removal, and the medical director, Dr. Ritter is exceptional... makes you comfortable and is genuinely friendly. Also have seen Susan Camera for semi permanent eyeliner. Love it!!!

This is in addition to Gail Osborne's review below. I am disappointed with the results of my tattoo removal from this establishment!! I have been to ALL scheduled 11 tattoo removal appointments (which were all removal procedures and I have never cancelled an appointment) They did give me (1) of those treatments free. So we paid $2,000 for the 11 treatments. I was quoted $200 per treatment by Dr Ritter according to the size of the tattoo (2 X 3.5 inch). My tattoo is smaller than that (1.5 X 3.5). According to pamphlets throughout the establishment (that price was not a "gift" of any sort!)The price of $200 for a 2X3.5 inch tattoo was printed on pamphlets which was presented to me at the consultation). When I was at my initial consultation, Dr. Ritter told me it would take 4-6 treatments and she was made fully aware of the cover-up tattoo and was still confident it would only take 4-6 treatments. After a year of treatments, the tattoo is still there, therefore $2000 down the drain (I have purchase documentation to confirm this information and so does my calendar)!! Dr. Ritter said I have only had 8 treatments but in fact I have received 11 treatments total. Dr. Ritter said in her response to my wife that she has done all but one of my treatments, which is INCORRECT!! In fact I had 2 treatments from another doctor at Rejuvenate Asheville office(middle aged with short sandy blonde hair and also an additional 1 more treatment from another woman that was new at the time (young 20 ish with brown hair). I think there is some discrepancies in your record keeping!! 8 of Dr Ritter's treatments, PLUS the 3 others from two other techs equals ELEVEN!!! I have kept track due to anxiously wanting rid of this tattoo. Plus the Asheville office confirmed by looking at the computer records, that I have been to ALL 11!! I was at every single appointment that I made, and yesterday I went to my 12th appointment and I ended up not going through with the treatment due to the establishment not willing to work with me and the services obviously NOT working. I'm not willing to pay any more money for services that are not working, besides the fact that I have been to 5 more appointments than I was quoted and the tattoo is nowhere near gone. If I had known I would be dishing out $2000 and not getting the results I was told I would get, I would have said "forget it", but I trusted they could do what they said they could. To anyone seeking tattoo removal I would suggest to look somewhere that may have more experience with using the Picosure tattoo removal equipment, which is said to be the best tattoo removal equipment, but only if you are getting the treatment from someone who may have experience with numerous types of tattoos. After 11 treatments and $2000 later, I still have a tattoo that i was quoted to be gone in 4-6 treatments and they obviously don't keep proper records of when they treat you and collect your money!

Beautiful offices in Ashville and Franklin. One of the very few in the tristate region that have tattoo removal systems. Staff is super sweet and very accommodating. I had several different procedures done and am happy with all of them.

Highly recommend! Nicest staff you will ever meet! They take the time with you to discuss different treatment options. They don’t pressure you and let you decide what’s best for you! I drive over 2 hours to come see them, they are worth it!

Very friendly staff and clean comfortable office. The staff was kind and accommodating during my procedures. They thoroughly explained how the procedure worked and what to expect which helped with my nervousness. I love the results and will be returning.
