I arrived to have my microcurrent facial done and she asked me if I had heart trouble. I informed her I had mild skipping and she said she couldn’t do the facial without a doctors release. At NO point in my communication with her prior to the appointment was I ever notified of this nor was I ever asked about it. Incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. That was an hour out of my day lost and no facial before my wedding. I now have to contact Groupon to try to get a refund. Any practice that doesn’t publish this or notify customers before they get there is not one I would trust.
Always Great - If you want more youthful, healthier skin. The facials in have Anti-Aging Results. Professional Estheticians. If you've never had one of their anti-aging facials...you're missing out. I used to get injections in my 40s...Now I'm going to be 60 and do Nothing other than Supreme Skin Facials - I LOVE the microcurrent for the results! Truly amazing and Lauren is always a pleasure. I won't go without these facials - My skin has been restored by Supreme Skin A+
I'm about in tears. This woman just hung up on me and went from polite to angry in no-time flat. I was really excited to try Supreme Skin's microcurrent facial. Groupon had two options available to purchase: one with 2 appointments and one with 1 appointment. The listing did not say I couldn't buy one of each. I double-checked, and each one said: "May be repurchased every 90 days. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s)." This was listed on each of the options. They also said "New customers only." I'm a brand new customer, so that wasn't a problem. When I called to schedule my appointment, the calls went straight to voicemail. I kept getting callbacks from a private number, and my phone is usually set to not receive those kinds of calls. When I realized who was calling me (she left a voicemail), I had to change the feature to be able to receive the call. Okay, no problem. We connected today. But when she mentioned the two appointments, I mentioned that I had also purchased the other option, too. She then explained their policy, indicating I couldn't use the option with the one appointment. I would have been fine with that, but she asked me to pull up the Groupon and read the details to her. I did, and they conflicted with what she had just explained. She also said I wouldn't be a new customer anymore after the first appointment, and that confused me because one of the Groupons was for TWO appointments. Was I going to be allowed to use it? I really didn't understand. I explained why I had interpreted the verbiage the way I had, just because it seemed like she wasn't understanding what I meant, and right as I was about to offer to see if I might be able to get a refund from Groupon, she said she had "important calls coming in" and she hung up on me. I was shocked. I just bought these yesterday. I've never been treated so unprofessionally by a health and beauty spa.
Had my first micro-current facial on Friday. I was very apprehensive about the treatment. My Esthetician, Deborah, was very knowledge about the procedure and took time to explain each part of it to me. She treated with with the Elastin Infusion therapy. I have scheduled my second treatment with the same Esthetician. I was very pleased with the how my skin felt and looked however, I Know that it will take several treatments to get the premium results.
I had my first micro-current treatment at Supreme Skin just this afternoon. As I am 36 I was curious as to the "results" I might see. I have a few expression lines that are starting to rear their ugly heads (boo hiss expression lines), but nothing too major in the aging department (not yet anyway)After reading reviews from Supreme Skin's clientele and discussing the process with the owner I was reticent to believe that I would actually see real results after just one treatment. BOY was I WRONG! It was amazing!I have read about this treatment being available as an add on treatment in a few doctor's offices around town but Supreme Skin really made it more of a luxury facial experience than a doctor's visit. (Who doesn't love a good facial right?) The woman Pam that took my appointment is a licensed esthetician and was very informative about the process before and during the session. Having that licensure was very comforting to me as I know skin is her Specialty!I have already made a return appointment for another visit and I HIGHLY recommend that if you are considering a treatment with Supreme Skin that you go right ahead and pick up the phone RIGHT NOW! 12/12/12: OK. So I was more than pleased enough with my results to take Supreme Skin up on one of their coupon offers and scheduled 5 appointments. I WISH I could say enough wonderful things about them. What are some of the results I've seen? 1. My eyebrows. My furrow is much less noticable ( I grew up in FL without sunglasses apparently) and my eyebrows themselves are certainly more taunt. This of course makes my own makeup application easier. 2. Jawline. My turkey neck that was beginning to rear its ugly birdlike feature is all but gone! Seriously. It is probably my favorite of results that I've experienced. 3. The FEELING of my skin. Look, we all know we are supposed to drink a ton of water and exercise regularly, but with these treatments I have also noticed that my skin feels lighter and my pores, smaller. Yes! Smaller!!! So, those are my top 3. I really could go on for days about Supreme Skin. Carole and her team are hands down professional, engaging and skilled. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
