Atlantic Dermatology, PA

My wife had something cut off of her leg and something seems to be wrong. They said she could not come back in to be seen for 6 months. I went there and had some skin tags froze off And I still have every one of them. I don't usually do reviews but this place is ridiculous. Just be aware.

I was made to feel welcome from the second I walked up to the door. The news wasn't what I wanted. They made me feel like it was going to ok. My nurse and doctor were great. Like most people I don't care for needles or pain, and they helped a chicken old man feel at ease the whole time!!!

Let me first start off by saying I was late. That being said, I CALLED and asked if I needed to reschedule and was told to come on in. When I got there I was told that I would need to reschedule. Had they told me any of that I definitely wouldn't have wasted my time or my gas, especially considering the current gas prices! I can't tell you how many hours I've waited in the office AFTER my appointment time just to be seen, yet they can't see me after I called and they knew I was going to be late??? My time is just as valuable as theirs and now I understand all of the bad reviews and disgruntled patients I have seen while I waited there.

Discrimination!! Staff and PA refused to see my relative that is Autistic recently, they wouldn't even let him go back to exam room! This appears to be a definate case of discrimination, possibly a lawsuit case. I have heard talk of the possibly of parents may be checking into it. Another Dermatology Office accepted him as a new patient, examined him and treated him with no problems. Main then here is that the staff and PA of the other facility did not discriminate him and he and his Mother were treated with dignity!! Also I was highly disappointed my last recent appointment. Was supposed to get whole body scan but only got asked if I had any places of concern. Only places I mentioned got examined and some were frozen. Normally I have to undress except for underwear, put on a gown, then get examined from top of head to the bottom of my feet except for private areas. But I have even had places near my private area before that were examined when I requested a place to be examined in past. Always been pleased with all prior visits, not sure why I wasn't given a thorough exam this time. P.A. was only with me about 5 minutes. I certainly can't see all parts of my body and I am not really sure of what types of places I need to be looking for on parts of my body that I can see. That is why I went, to be thoroughly examined and treated if needed.

The entire staff is awesome. I've been in the medical profession since 1981, and it takes alot to impress me, but they did. I will never ever go to any other dermatology provider.
