So grateful for the team at Western Carteret Medical Center! They have been my primary care for several years and as someone who struggles with several chronic illnesses, I am grateful to have them in charge of my care. Rebecca and Mindy are both wonderful but I'm especially grateful for Rebecca Droberg. She truly LISTENS to her patients and I never feel rushed through my time in the office. She has been incredibly thorough with every scenario, including health changes post-COVID. She thinks of things I could never think of to help me feeling my best. They are a team who CARES about their patients. I never feel like just another person who walks through their doors. The reception is seamless and I would like to shoutout Anna - she is always smiling and so kind! My husband has always avoided medical care but in the last year, he has also developed his own relationship and care plan with WCMC. Grateful for all that you do! Thank you, WCMC!

I have been a patient for over 3 years. Rebecca Sink is my primary Dr. The Staff and Doctors have always been wonderful. If your a women experiencing menopause issues I can’t say enough good things about the Biote Hormone replacement it’s life changing.

I cannot say enough about how incredible the providers and staff are at WCMC! My husband and I have been patients of Rebecca Droberg and Rebecca Sink’s for years. They are caring, knowledgeable and are willing to find supplements before they resort to medications. I have also had a skin pen procedure and absolutely love the results that I experienced! Everyone is so kind and caring from the receptionist, medical assistants, billing, and the providers. We are so blessed to be patients at WCMC.

After being a patient here a while, my provider suddenly & abruptly left the practice. They have 4 other providers. Yet they told me today they were letting me go from their practice. They cannot handle my providers patients. She kept referring to me as a "new patient". I am not a new patient. I have been at this practice for over a year. I am shocked & hurt by this. It takes months to get in to see a provider as a new patient. This is hurtful & irresponsible of this practice. They go out into the community advertising weight loss supplements, hormones and botox. Yet cannot take care of their loyal patients.

I have had a positive experience at Western Carteret medical center. The front office staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The medical providers listen and provide effective and efficient care. I have referred many friends to them.
