Eastern Dermatology Newport

Edit :::: Had my first appointment today - even though it was not with the provider I called for initially-- I was very pleased with the service I received from the front desk, the nurse and Dr Nelson. They listened to my concerns and I was able to ask the questions I had. I would recommend this office. Made an appt in Feb 2024 for Sept 2024, put on waiting list for specific provider. Called in August to see if any appointments were sooner and was told my appointment was switched to a different provider and I would need to wait until May 2025 to see the provider I called for in Feb. 2024.

Horrible consideration—- had to reschedule my appointment missed due to being in the hospital over a month. I waited several months to go today. I was 15 min late, the first time ever late. I was told no by two people. Reschedule and wait a few more months- pathetic providers. Not to mention each and every time I had an appointment there waited at least 20 minutes past appointment time to actually be seen . Good Job, thoughtless and impatient providers and service.

They give no reminders whatsoever regarding any appts! You make your follow ups a year in advance! I do not have any other doctors, dentists, opticians, hairdressers, etc that don't send reminders. When I questioned the girl on the phone, she was very sarcastic!! She informed me that it is a courtesy and ultimately it is the patient's responsibility. I informed her that a reminder would be nice. I am 70 yrs old. Dr. Nelson is incredible, but the office staff in Newport, makes it not worth going to see him!

Thank you for always providing such caring, comforting and efficient service. It’s scary when you have to go in for a whole body skin cancer check. But you made it relaxing and easy to deal with. I love your office in Newport. It’s actually rather convenient to get to and it’s so nice and clean inside. Your staff is Great! I take my daughter there as well. And they always feel at-ease. Thank you once again for being so awesome!

Dr. Warren is informative, friendly, and she listens to your concerns. Fabulous doctor!
