Carolinas Center for Surgery- Laser, Vein, & MedSpa

I was given a referral to this place for a 2nd opinion regarding two questionable biopsies I had done. Over the course of three weeks I called 12 times to try to make an appointment and got an answering machine. I left eight messages all before 4:00pm. Their machine says all calls made prior to 4:00pm will be returned by 5:00pm. I got called back ONCE - after call number six. That one phone call got me no where as they said they needed my images prior to making an appointment. Besides this one conversation, they made no attempt to communicate what they needed, no attempt to help me and no attempt to even seem to care. I wish there were a way to let the doctor know that her staff is not doing their job. How do you call a doctor's office 12 times and only get to talk to a machine each time - to never be called back? They left me in limbo for weeks with zero communication.

I was referred here for my gallbladder. The whole staff was amazing. When I made my appointment I was given the option of this location or Jacksonville, and this location was able to get me in the quickest. My surgery was scheduled a month out, but I was able to get it done a week early. They communicated everything well before and after surgery and had no problems answering any questions or concerns I had. They took their time so I didn't feel rushed and they listened to both my boyfriend and I. I would definitely recommend coming here if you're able.

So I had 14 tattoo removal sessions here what a waste of 2 years and a lotta money these people used the wrong laser for my skin type and burned my skin to the point were I might have permanent laser induced hypopigmentation and they did nothing to help me fix the damaged they did or refund my money ! I come to y’all thinking y'all were professional and knew how to remove tattoos but y'all don’t. All y'all did was damage my skin severely and leave me stressed out and depressed everyday I can’t even wear short sleeve shirts anymore because my arm were they burned it looks that bad it’s a shame and my life is ruined.

I had laser hair removal by Dr. Klainer - a total of 4 treatments in the bikini and underarm areas. I love the results! My hair growth is significantly reduced. I have to shave these areas much less often and don’t get the skin irritation I used to. I have super thick hair growth and the areas I got done barely show any growth anymore. Dr. Klainer is very professional and knowledgeable, and his staff members are super friendly and helpful. I highly recommend!
