I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Ross and his staff. My first visit was as pleasant as could be! The check-in process was minimal and the wait-time was about 30 seconds. Serena was thorough and efficient, but also engaging and friendly. Dr. Ross is THE BEST!! He is intelligent, informed and caring. I had an issue with the pharmacy when filling the prescription that Dr. Ross submitted, and Dr. Ross PERSONALLY called me THAT EVENING to make sure that the problem had been solved! I have NEVER had a doctor go to such lengths to make sure that everything was OK. Chapel Hill Dermatology, especially Dr. Ross is OUTSTANDING!!

I had an exceptional experience with Dr. Ross and his staff. I was seen as a new patient for a skin infection and then followed up with additional visits over the next month. Dr. Ross was extremely personable and knowledgeable in all of these visits. He even called me on two Saturdays to make sure that the infection had not worsened over the weekend. I have never had this level of service from a practitioner. I will continue to go back to this practice as long as he is there.

The assistant that took me back was just very warm and engaging and I immediately felt comfortable with her. And then the PA herself was a knowledgeable and friendly and everything that you would want. Efficient professional. She told me things that I had never realized before or I guess no one else bothered to tell me. Anyway it was a fantastic experience.

The doctor (Dr. Ross) and his Asian assistant were a delight. The medical room was really tacky. As a new patient, I wanted to leave if this room suggested the capability of the staff (Thankfully, it did not). The patient chair was obviously ripped. There were scrapes along a notably barren wall. Garbage hung outside the stained can. Finally, there may have been dead bugs in the lighting fixtures. I am not expecting a building anywhere like Morgan Creek but to have so little concern for your examining rooms is grossly unprofessional. I am 82 and have been to several dermatologists in my life. Your examining rooms are, by far, the worst.

The front office staff is always welcoming and efficient. Dr. Ross and his assistant Selena, were professional and welcoming as well. Dr Ross was very thorough, inquisitive and good at explaining what he was seeing. I appreciated his commitment to teaching and his sense of humor.
