I recently visited OVME for a consultation and Botox injections with Chelsea. I was so impressed with Chelsea’s knowledge and expertise. She took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the procedure in detail. She also gave me an assessment of what procedures would help in the other areas of concern for me and I am booking those appointments in the very near future. The results were amazing, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Chelsea for her professionalism and knowledge of facial anatomy and how to get the best results. Just got a hydrafacial with Ashton and she was incredible. She took her time really listening to my skin concerns and tailored my treatment to meet those goals. The front desk helpers were so kind and tentative to making my experience relaxing and calm. Looking forward to seeing them again!

I took my mom to receive treatment and it was an amazing experience. We arrived a bit early and were able to start our appointment early. The studio is decorated nicely and privacy is prioritized. Great customer service and education about your skin, especially from our RN Taylor. She listened to my mom's concerns and answered questions thoroughly during the consultation. Taylor was very personable with both of us as we had known her for a long time. Taylor understood what budget and time range both my mom and I were working with regarding products and appointments. Taylor administered the treatment so delicately and made my mom feel completely safe since this was my mom's first treatment. Taylor does not pressure her clients and completely understands her clients' needs, concerns, routines, etc. I highly recommend OVME in Chapel Hill if it is your first time or even if you are experienced with facial treatments, we will be coming back for sure!

Great Experience at OVME Chapel Hill ✨ OVME Chapel Hill is such a great spot! I’ve done several services there, and they’ve all been amazing. Most recently, I had a Halo laser treatment with Miriah, and the experience was fantastic. She was super friendly and made the whole process really comfortable. As a hairstylist in the beauty industry, I definitely recommend OVME. They’re professional, and the results are always on point. I’m excited to see the full effects of my treatment!
