She was empathetic to my concerns and took time in providing me with the necessary information and options I was looking for . The receptionists were also very pleasant upon my arrival. The person that I loved while I was going here was Lori. I don’t have any concerns with her service. What a lot of small business seem to need improvement on is their soft skills. In the past I have received a call as I was driving to the appointment that Lori would not be able to service me. I gave feedback that communication to me should have been sooner. They sympathized and offered my next facial at no cost to me. Great. Second concern, I was notified the day prior that Lori again would not be able to service me. Although there was 24 hour notice this time it is still frustrating when the service that you get is monthly. My options were to schedule with someone else or reschedule with Lori. When trying to reschedule with Lori there was no availability until February. My last appointment was November. My other option was to schedule with the other lady. When I expressed concerns of why I didn’t care for the other lady, my feedback was ignored. There was no attempt to try and keep a loyal customer that came monthly by even offering to work or speak with the other lady to do a better job. My feedback was just ignored. There will always be subtle differences in how different estheticians do things. But, the basics should be the same across the board. Again soft skills should be just as important as the services themselves. And loyal clients should not blatantly just be ignored.

As a woman with melanated skin, it can be difficult to find providers who are knowledgeable regarding the intricacies of different treatments. Everyone here is so knowledgeable, kind and polite. Today I received treatment from Lori and she is truly a gem. I hope she sees this and knows she made my day simply through her gentle spirit and personable conversation.

When I first walked in the front desk representative was very welcoming and greeted me with a smile. My experience with Lori was nothing short of amazing! Lori is thorough and very knowledgeable. Lori took her time and explained all the steps of my facial in detail. She ensured that I was comfortable and checked in frequently during my treatment. She creates such a calm and relaxing visit. You can really tell that Lori loves her work and values the customer experience. My skin looks and feels amazing! I received so many compliments after my facial. I’m looking forward to my upcoming visit with Lori in a few weeks! I highly recommend scheduling with Lori! She’s a gem!
