She has an attitude. The woman was very nice to start with but the moment I walked in, I felt like I was annoying her because I would ask questions. The Groupon does not mention anything about her speaking to you about the service as being part of the 60 min facial. The Groupon comes off as if you get a full facial for 60 minutes without her doing an intro. After the session I simply asked about the 60mins and also asked about the peel because it didn’t feel like I got one but she said I did so I was ok thank you and I was good but then all of the sudden she got upset because I simply asked for clarification. I didn’t lose my attitude or anything until I felt like she was trying to argue with me and started putting it on me that she doesn’t make money off of Groupon. She lacks customer service skills. I left irritated more than relaxed. I got a 40 min facial Vs a 60 min. Wish her the best.

Neff is wonderful! I came here for microcurrent after going to Beautiful Image. I bought a package from them and when they refused to break up a second (several hundred dollar) package for me I decided to look at other options for this treatment. I'm so glad I did!! I found Neff on Groupon and bought two additional packages from her since. I will never go anywhere else. It was helpful going to another well-known microcurrent provider before because it really helped me appreciate the amazing service Neff provides. Not only do I get the treatment but she also gives me infusions, facials, and micro peels on top of it (all for less than the competitors charge just for the microcurrent). Please note--because Neff provides such great service, she does get behind schedule. I do not suggest scheduling this on your lunch break or if you have something to do immediately after. I allow myself a couple hours each time, take a book if I have to wait, and enjoy the "me" time when she's is giving the treatment.

Neff's work is awesome. I have acne prone and very dry skin on my face. Her facials works like wonder. I have bought package of 12 Anti-aging Micro-current facial from her and will be buying more in future.

Neff is amazing! The atmosphere was so relaxing but not as relaxing as Neff's personality. We talked the whole time I was waxed and it definitely made the experience more pleasant. She also is having a great groupon deal for waxing right now. The studio is clean and easy to find. Please go see her!
