The place is clean, the staff is very kind, friendly. The service is exceptional. I have been going for various sessions and so far it’s been wonderful. They check with me every time how I feel and they give recommendations based off of that. Would definitely recommend if the price is in the range one looks for. They guarantee their service lifetime

2 stars because of mixed feelings. I was told this will remove hair and prevent me from having to shave when that was just straight up not true. If you have blonde or light brown hair… DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. It will only removed the darkest hairs or none at all if it’s too light. I changed locations and the new location was more honest and let me know the original location should have warned me before spending almost 2 grand.. if you hair isn’t dark enough the lasers do not work. You will end up with really splotchy growth and it will never fully go away. I’ve gone through MANY treatments with the same results every time. I regret spending so much on this and wished Someone had told me what I know now.

I love it here at Semper Laser! The staff is welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. My first time trying laser ever and they soothed my anxiety. The results are outstanding in just a short amount of time. Thank you!

They were super nice-however I have a history of something that for them conflicted with their policy-I am able to do laser hair removal -but this company would not do it for me. I get that they have a policy-what my complaint is is that they could have screened for this on the phone instead of making me drive all the way up there and sit though 15 min of talking and filling out forms before asking a bout the potential conflict for treatment-and again I have had laser hair removal elsewhere and my dermatologist said no contraindication-
