Where do I even start - Carmenella is AMAZING. If you’re in need of post-surgery assistant, this is the only, and I mean ONLY, place to go in Charlotte. The lymphatic massages are exactly what you need; the Fajas are beyond legit; and Carmenella, on top of being the sweetest woman ever, is beyond knowledgeable, is very thorough, and does everything she can to help you. My recovery would not be going as well as it has without her. I’m so thankful I found Snatched and Carmenella.

I can generally say my recovery was so much better and faster with the help of Carmenella and Anna!!! They are both so kind and full of tips to help with getting the best results possible. I look forward to massages even when I am fully healed because they make you feel amazing!!

Booked an appointment, $40 deposit was charged. I realized i booked the wrong appointment an hour later, and rebooked with the correct appointment when another $40 deposit was taken out. I assumed the first $40 will be refunded. A week later the charge was still on my credit card. I spoke to the owner about a refund on the first appointment and was told the deposit was non-refundable because they book up fast, although I booked on a Friday afternoon which was fully opened. Although Ana did a great job with the massage, i will not go back here.

I can’t say enough great things about Carmenella. I have seen her work & her patients love her. I refer my clients to her for their post operative lymphatic massages once they are more than 2 weeks out & she is a magician with her wood working skills. Highly recommend
