I came in for my first facial yesterday after inquiring online and then getting a call from Jordan, who was very helpful in explaining how things work. Single facials are $199, and if you choose to do that for your first one, you then have the option to upgrade to the $99/month membership or the $1188 yearly membership (plus optional tip following each service). Each month there is a different themed facial, and February's was Valentine's Day, with exfoliation & hydration, featuring ingredients like lavender and rose water. My esthetician was Lalita, and she did a great job making me feel comfortable, talking me through what was happening, and answering my questions. I loved the variety in the facial, which included extractions, high frequency, masks, and even a hand & arm massage. The pacing was great - it didn't feel rushed at all. Afterward, I felt relaxed & refreshed, and my skin glowed. This location just opened in December, and I learned that they plan to open more around the Charlotte area. It's such a great concept and way to work in regular self-care at an accesible price. I'm already looking forward to my March facial and experiencing more of the benefits!

I had an amazing facial experience! The esthetician (Mark) tailored the treatment to my skin type, and the products felt luxurious. The relaxing atmosphere and soothing massage left my skin glowing. Highly recommend it for a refreshing self-care treat! Also wanna add the whole staff is so welcoming! I love it here!

Mark was AMAZING! I loved that this facial was customized just for me and what my skin specifically needed at that time! It was so in depth, he used many different tools like High Frequency and Microdermabrasion within my facial and it was no additional charge! It's included! Amazing price and such great attention to detail!! I WILL be coming back. I'm telling all of my friends :)

I had a wonderful experience from the time I was greated at the door until I met with Rachel. She truly listened to my concerns and she mapped out a program to achieve my goals.
