Dr. Water’s has made a huge difference in my life. My eyesight was so bad I couldn’t drive at night or in direct sunlight. After surgery and post operative recovery it’s incredible the difference. I rarely wear my glasses and can see so much that I was missing. I can’t thank her enough for what she did for me.I would highly recommend her.
I had nose surgery three years ago to improve my breathing as my nose just wasn't shaped correctly. During my many follow up appts to check on my progress, I informed Dr Waters that I was still having issues breathing and still felt my nostril collapse (which was supposed to have been fixed to allow me to breathe comfortably). During the ~6mo check up, I informed her that there's been no improvement. She immediately changed from kind and personable, to turned off and cold. It was clear that she did not appreciate the fact that I told her I was still having issues breathing and with pain. She simply told me to use a nasal spray for allergies and that I could get another surgery to try again. I declined a surgery and simply didn't return for my next follow up. Three years on, my nostrils returned to their original thin shape, and the breathing is just far worse than it was prior to the surgery. Beyond that, she never prepared me for the pain that went on for over a year. She did have to break my nose to fix part of it, but not once did she let me know that the pain would linger so long. Even now, it feels sore and just doesn't feel right. And it took 2.5yrs for feeling to return to the tip of my nose. I don't recommend her and would even tell people to not even consider nose surgery with the trauma and pain I endured and the fact that I'm worse off. I will end up getting another surgery because it's so bad, but I'd never go back to her. I know doctors have egos, but to not acknowledge a mistake or respect a patient enough to believe their experience is a hard no for me.
Dr. Waters is a very talented surgeon. She removed several benign lesions from my face, including a mole that grew horrible bristles. There was a warty growth on my upper eyelid and you can’t even see the scar. She has a warm personality and her staff is efficient and kind. I am a retired healthcare professional who has worked with plastic surgeons in the past, and I know good skills when I see them. Dr. Waters has my highest recommendation.
Dr. Waters Was very professional. Explain my procedure also suggested some medication for swelling and bruising which I highly recommend. I had very little bruising and swelling. Extremely satisfied with my nasal surgery . Her staff is very professional. A highly recommend Her
I was very very nervous to see Dr. Waters the very first time. I had not had Botox but I was going through some huge life changes and wanted to try it. She was one of the nicest and most caring doctors I have ever met. I was in tears for just a second beforehand because I was so nervous and it was very emotional for me. Dr. Waters was absolutely amazing and the results were even much more amazing than I expected. I had no idea what Botox could do and the slight, natural and subtle changes helped me feel fantastic about myself. I have good self-esteem as it is but I was feeling a little bit more run down and older than I should. After The second time I saw Dr. Waters, I recognized her name and her friendly eyes. I realized she was the surgeon who performed emergency facial surgery on my fiancé after a horrible accident. I was so nervous When I saw her the first time I didn’t realize she was the one that saved his facial movement. My fiancé had had a horrible accident and they had to take his jaw apart and fix the nerves in his face because they did not think he was going to be able to move his eyebrow or his jaw. Dr. Waters did an amazing, fantastic, incredible job on his surgery. He has all movement in his face. If I would’ve realized who she was before I saw her, I would’ve never been nervous. I recommend Dr. Waters for any facial reconstruction or cosmetic surgery, or elective procedures on your face that you desire or need. The second time I saw Dr. Waters I brought her a plant because I had no idea how to thank her for how she made me feel the first time I came to see her. I still don’t know how to thank her so that’s why I’m writing this review. When I realized she was the one who saved my fiancé‘s face it gave me chills. I have not seen her again to tell her how I recognized her or how perfectly she fixed my fiancé’s face but I definitely will when I see her next. I highly recommend Dr. Waters, she is absolutely amazing and I will go to her for any cosmetic need. Dr. Waters is the most caring wonderful doctor that has been blessed with an incredible talent.
