I have been a patient of Dr. Jackson's for 10 years. I, like many others, come to her to consult what would help my skin look better and thus my overall appearance. She never fails to give me her best advice. A quote for the procedure we discuss is given, not by her, but by a staff member. There is never any pressure to agree to accept her suggested opinion. It is up to me to proceed. She remains my Skin Wellness go to person. Always gracious; always interested; always reliable. It is a professional office in every way.

I was extremely impressed by the entire team at Skin Wellness Dermatology Associates. From the moment I walked in the door, Dr. Jackson and her staff were amazing and everyone was pleasant! Although I was referred, I still did my research beforehand. I thought the paperwork was very thorough and I appreciated the upfront pricing. I felt like Dr. Jackson spent quality time with me during my appointment. She asked appropriate fact-finding questions to really understand my history and everything that could possibly contribute to what was causing my concerns. I did not feel rushed. I felt important. I felt she took the time to review and evaluate everything and offered insights regarding the what and the why to things versus passively saying "yes, that's fine" which is what I've experienced when I've shared similar information. In addition to a revised skincare regimen, she offered wellness tips I can use that will benefit me generally. I'm truly grateful for the wellness component because when you're dealing with health concerns on any level, it has the potential to bring on stress. So, having these tips are really a bonus. Therefore, I highly recommend Dr. Jackson!

Dr. Jackson was simply amazing!!! I have been without a Dermatologist due to my former one relocating. I have CCCA and Dr. Jackson took her time with me and addressed all of my concerns. She provided me with updated studies and treatment plans that I didn't even know existed. When I was diagnosed ten years ago no treatments where available. Dr. Jackson provided me with a great treatment plan not only for my CCCA, but she she advised me on my diet as well. I felt extremely satisfied with my visit and her level of attention to me as her patient. I am so glad that I found her. Having CCCA has done a number on my confidence, but Dr. Jackson has given me hope on how to live with and treat it. Anyone looking for a physician who listens to you attentively, addresses your concerns and provides evidence based practice, Dr. Jackson is the one for you.
