Dr. Saira Saini is really nice, knowledgeable and amazing! I have been to her business inquiring about lasers and CoolSculpting and she has helped guide me through all of it! I have always been anxious about visiting the doctors, yet her office is super warm and welcoming. Plus all of the ladies who work there are super kind as well!! You will never leave her office without the results that you want. I also recommend her to my own family and she was super accommodating and kind! The ladies in my family love going to see her for laser treatments. Thank you Dr. Stairs Saini and your amazing staff for being awesome!!

I just want to say thank you so much to Dr. Saini and her wonderful staff at Carolina Plastic Surgery! I recently turned 50ish 😁 and I had a procedure done to help me feel beautiful again. Dr Saini and her staff are very professional, courteous, patient and knowledgeable! From the time I walked in the office I felt a sense of caring. Dr Saini has made me feel safe and secure.
