Such a welcoming business in general, and Jo Ellen is so wonderful with my hair (wavy/curly). She listens to what my goals are and asks questions to make sure that we are on the same page. Also - on my experience she ALWAYS on time which means a lot.

Friendly staff. I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Cameron and followed it up with an infrared sauna treatment. To say I felt amazing is an understatement. I will definitely make the Venetian spa a regular part of my self care routine. Budget friendly prices and knowledgeable staff makes it a must.

Pure relaxation—tranquil, inviting, and designed for total bliss. My wife indulged in a manicure, pedicure, facial, and a head, neck, and shoulder massage, and she left feeling like a million bucks. Today was my the first massage of my entire life. My wife booked a couples massage for us and I selected the “sports massage”. It was wonderful. The staff to include the front desk was so friendly. The masseuse was perfect, and the facilities were squeaky clean. I could not have had a better first massage experience. 10 out of 10 would recommend!

I am so upset and in pain. I was the last appointment of the day on Wednesday, September 4, for a brow wax and hair cut by Jo. Unfortunately, the wax was so hot it burned my skin, and when Jo ripped off the wax, she took layers of skin with it under both eyes. Three days later I have swollen bruised eyes. I am going to have to go to urgent care because the swelling is so back it is impacting my vision. Photos are from 24 hours after, and do not show the yellowing and amount of swelling. I did receive a phone call, on Friday, from the manager at The Venetian apologizing for the mishap and offering to credit the haircut and give me a free bottle of Finphil. Just an awful experience.
